How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it? Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, although some items may ship the same day. Occasionally, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Most products arrive within 4-7 days. If shipping time exceeds this range, it will be indicated on the product page. What is your cancellation policy? You can cancel an order for a full refund before it ships. Contact us right away at support@smartbothome.com to cancel. Once shipped, the order falls under our 30-Day Return Policy.
What if my product is damaged? Please inspect your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, including damage to the packaging, note it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to inspect the contents but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the receipt. Should your item arrive damaged, email photos to support@smartbothome.com for a replacement or compensation.
