What if my product is damaged?

We recommend carefully inspecting your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any signs of damage, including damage to the packaging, make a note of it when signing for the delivery. If you can't open the package at that moment but suspect possible damage, please mark "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. Should your product arrive damaged, simply email photos to support@smartbothome.com, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
