Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Smart Bot Home, so we've designed a straightforward return and refund policy:

Return Time Frame: You have 30 days from your purchase date to return an item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.

Shipping Cost: If there’s an issue with your item (like damage or defect), we’ll cover the return shipping. However, if you’re returning it due to a change of mind, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Defective or Broken Products: For any faulty or damaged items, let us know within 30 days. We’ll arrange a free return, and once we verify the issue, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including your initial shipping costs.

Change of Mind Returns: If you decide to return an item simply because you no longer want it, you may do so within 30 days. Just make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging. You’ll need to cover the return shipping, and once we receive the item in good condition, we’ll refund your purchase amount minus the initial shipping fee.

Refunds: Once your return is received and verified, we’ll email you an update. We’ll process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If it’s been over 10 business days and you still don’t see the refund, reach out to us at support@smartbothome.com.
